Re: Peter Brock Memorial Race
As a little side note I was having trouble getting Greens on the phone yesterday as I had crappy reception.
I was in Brockys area near Arthurs Creek/Nutfield going past 'Brock Rd' and I was gonna tell Greens about it...but I couldn't.
This is the area that I live, it's Brock and Lowndes territory.
Craig Lowndes Dad (who lives in the next street from me) recently remarried and the reception was at Lovegrove Winery in St Andrews, I jam with the owner in the Winery. He said Craig was a bit worse for wear and had to be carried out...but not to tell anybody. LOL.

Thanks for trying to call Skids. You will find the reason for Craig's intoxication is to escape from the thought of having to drive a Holden this year after so long in the blue oval badge.Skid Marks wrote:Craig Lowndes Dad (who lives in the next street from me) recently remarried and the reception was at Lovegrove Winery in St Andrews, I jam with the owner in the Winery. Awesome to read you were jamming with Mr Winery Owner. Nice work!

No, its all good...I think
I'm sure that I can trust all the guys in JFF...but who the hell are you? Mr Lowndes I presume.
I had another little story of where Peter Brock left Bev and then hitched up with a friends wife...both couples were freinds originally...anyways this bloke said one day 'Pete I shall see you and catch up'...and he did.
One Saturday morning Peters walking down the main street in Hurstbridge and this chap is riding past on his pushbike(we have a plethora of bike riders out here)..sees Pete...hops off the bike..g'day Pete....biff....bit of Claret..back on the bike and toodles off. Peter didn't press charges as he already had the Trophy.
This is how it was reported in the local paper. I think I was mowing the lawn.
But he was a great Racing Car driver and I am sorry if people think I am dissing his memory. Was also Human hey?
Skids.
P.S. Sorry I missed the race.

Skiddies appeared on the race server last night to do some laps and quickly got up to pace. Had a bit of fun lapping around with each other... was good praccy for me to follow on this version of the circuit.
